knowledge of Traditional Martial Arts with the dynamic Olympic
combat sport of Taekwondo. You will
improve your flexibility, cardiovascular fitness, balance and
co-ordination. You will also benefit from learning how best to
defend yourself and manage the many stresses in your
life.
